Meggen Arthur-Wilson

Vital Ground Board Member since 2011
Meggen Arthur-Wilson

A longtime friend and supporter of Vital Ground, Meggen returned to the board in 2024 after previously serving from 2011-2018. A lifelong dedicated conservationist with expertise and experience in real estate transactions, communications, events and fundraising, Meggen is a business owner living full-time in Whitefish, Mont., with her husband of 35 years.

Recently retired from a career in real estate investing, Meggen now channels her energies into her specialty food production company, where she creates premium, small-batch products that highlight local ingredients and organic practices. This close connection to the land underscores her commitment to preserving Montana’s unique habitats—a commitment that will also fuel her work on the board of Vital Ground.

Beyond her business and conservation efforts, Meggen is deeply involved in her community. She supports numerous organizations in the Flathead Valley, including Land to Hand, All Saints Episcopal Church, the Whitefish Community Foundation, the North Valley Food Bank and the Whitefish Chamber of Commerce. Her work with these groups reflects her commitment to nurturing both the environment and the community that she loves, contributing to a future where nature and people thrive side by side.
